COVID Vaccination information

Please note the following in regards to the voluntary sharing of your information

  • All records are stored securely and kept confidentially.
  • For security, no information is transmitted via email (please don’t email any certificates).
  • All records are utilised solely for the purpose of record-keeping.
  • Certificate can be uploaded in pdf form or as screenshots.
  • Copies of certificates will be destroyed once the relevant information is recorded to protect your sensitive data.
  • All data will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required.
  • Ongoing access to this information is restricted to the college director.
  • Alternatively certificates can be shown to college admin staff or a Zoom call with the director can be arranged for visual acknowledgement of your vaccination information.
